Important Booking Notice

This booking page is reserved only for teams who were unable to select a standard team photo session time due to scheduling conflicts with game schedules or other unavoidable constraints.

This is a limited window, not part of the regular booking calendar. Once this block is filled, no additional overflow dates or times will be added.

How This Works

- This is a first come, first served booking window

- Only the time slots shown below are available

-Once a time is selected, it is immediately removed from availability 

- No custom time adjustments can be made


Available Overflow Session 

June 2nd, 2026 
This session will be from 5:30pm - 7:00pm


Important Notice for Coaches

- Please arrive on time for your selected session

- Sessions are structured tightly due to multiple team scheduling constraints 

- Late arrivals may result in shortened or missed coverage

- This overflow block is strictly reserved for teams who could not be accommodated during standard scheduling


Before Booking 

Please only use this option if:

- Your team could not select an earlier scheduled time due to game conflicts

- You have confirmed there are no remaining viable options in the main booking calendar 

If your team still has flexibility, please return to the main booking page to select from standard session times.

Overflow Make-Up Session

There is only one day scheduled for this type of session on June 2nd from 5:30 - 7:00. Please only schedule on this day if your team has a scheduling conflict between a game time and the main photography schedule.
