Cancellation Policy

by booking a session you agree to the following terms: 1.) All appointments are final Once a slot is selected and confirmed, it is reserved exclusively for your team. I do not offer general rescheduling or time changes, as each session is carefully scheduled to accommodate multiple teams and limited shooting days. 2.) No rescheduling or time changes To ensure fairness to all teams and to maintain an efficient schedule, appointment times cannot be moved or adjusted once booked. 3.) Weather exceptions only In case of unsafe or severe weather conditions, sessions may reschedule at the photographers discretion. You will be notified directly if changes are necessary. 4.) No-Shows If a team or individual does not arrive at their scheduled time, the appointment is forfeited and I will move on to the next scheduled team. 5.) Arrival responsibility Please arrive a few minutes early and be ready to begin at your scheduled time to ensure your full session is completed. 6.) Coach communication responsibility Coaches are responsible for ensuring that all players and parents are aware of this policy. I do not send individual communications to parents regarding scheduling or policy details. Coaches are welcome to share this information directly with their teams and families as needed. I appreciate your understanding, this policy helps keep photo day running smoothly for every team involved.
