# “Oh, I Could Never Do That!” — Let's Talk About Boudoir

Whenever I tell women that I photograph boudoir, immediately they come back with “Oh, I could never do that!”?

Trust me, you're not alone, if you have ever thought this too.

Sometimes when I tell women what I do, I can almost see the hesitation. Maybe they laugh nervously, change the subject, or tell me they could never be in front of a camera like that. And I get it. Boudoir can feel intimidating, especially if you've never considered yourself the confident, adventurous, or camera-loving type (and almost no one is).

But here's something I want you to know: you don't have to feel confident to begin.

You don't need to have a certain body type, know how to pose, or feel comfortable in lingerie. You don't even have to know exactly what you want when you walk through my studio doors. That's what I'm here for.

For many women, the hardest part isn't the photography itself. It's allowing themselves to be seen in a different way. We're often our own harshest critics. We focus on what we wish were different, the changes time has brought, or all the reasons we think we're not ready.

And somewhere along the way, we forget that we're allowed to do something just for ourselves.

I started this business becuase I wanted women to feel safe with who they are. That it is not about becoming someone else or trying to fit into someone else's idea of beauty. it is about creating a custom experience where you can feel comfortable, supported, and free to explore a side of yourself you may not have seen in a long time — or perhaps ever.

And no, you don't have to book a session just because you're curious!

Maybe you've wondered about boudoir for years. Maybe you're intrigued but have a hundred questions. Or maybe you're simply trying to understand what the experience is really like. This is something I hear all the tiem from clients, "This is something I have wanted to do for a long time, and now I finally decided to just do it."

That's a perfectly good place to start.

I'd love to talk with you, answer your questions, and help you decide whether boudoir is right for you. No pressure, no expectations, and absolutely no need to have it all figured out.

Because sometimes the first step isn't stepping in front of a camera.

Sometimes it's simply being willing to ask, “What if I could?”

And I'd love to help you explore that possibility.

Curious about boudoir? Reach out to schedule a complimentary discovery call. Let's talk about it — I'm happy to help. ❤️
