Reservation Policy

Your session date is reserved once you retainer and acknowledgement form are completed. Because your date is held exclusively for you, and everything for your session is thoughtfully planned, prepared and customized, the session retainer is non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

If rescheduling is needed, please provide notice as soon as possible. One complimentary reschedule is provided when notice is given at least 7 days before your reserved date.

Additional changes may require a new retainer.

Session Experience

Your session is intentionally designed to provide a guided, comfortable, and confidence building experience. Professional hair and make up, wardrobe guidance, a design consultation, and posing direction are provided to ensure you feel fully prepared and cared for throughout every step.

Private Experience Policy

To preserve the comfort, privacy, and intimate nature of your session, no guests are permitted during your appointment. A consent and privacy release must be completed in order to finalize your session date.

Photography & Recording Policy

To protect the integrity and privacy of the experience, outside photography or video recording during the session is not permitted.

Outdoor Session Policy

For outdoor sessions, locations and scheduling may be adjusted if weather conditions are unsafe or do not allow for the highest quality experience. If changes are necessary due to inclement weather, an alternate plan will be arranged with care.

On-Location Photography Policy

Sessions are photographed at the studio unless an alternate location has been discussed and approved in advance. All requests for on-location photography must be made at the time of booking to allow for proper scheduling and planning. Sessions held off studio property may incur additional fees for travel, location rental, permits, or other associated expenses. The Client is responsible for all applicable additional fees, which must be paid in full prior to the session date. Any additional costs will be communicated to and approved by the Client in advance.

Artwork & Ordering

Following your session, you will have the opportunity to select the images and artwork that best reflect your experience. Any minimum investment requirements discussed during booking will apply at your ordering appointment. Payment for artwork collections is due at the time of ordering and must be paid in full before any artwork will be released.

Cancellation Policy

Because your session time is exclusively reserved, and carefully planned just for you, cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date will result in forfieture of the full session fee. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the session may be accommodated per the rescheduling policy. Other rescheduling requests are given at the discretion of the photographer and subject to availability.
