Client Experience Guide & Reservation Acknowledgement

Please Review the following information and complete the acknowledgement below to officially reserve your session date.
Reservation Policy
Your session date is reserved once your retainer and acknowledgement form are completed. Because your date is held exclusively for you, all retainers are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
If Rescheduling is needed, please provide notice as soon as possible. One complimentary reschedule is provided when notice is given at least 14 days before your reserved date.
Additional changes may require a new retainer.
Session Experience
Your session is intentionally designed to provide a guided, comfortable, and confidence building experience. Professional hair and makeup, wardrobe guidance, and posing direction are provided to ensure you feel fully prepared and cared for throughout every step.
Private Experience Policy
To preserve the comfort, privacy, and intimate nature of your session, no guests are permitted during your appointment.
Photography & Recording Policy
To protect the integrity and privacy of the experience, outside photography or video recording during the session is not permittde.
Outdoor Session Policy
For outdoor sessions, locations and scheduling may be adjusted if weather conditions are unsafe or do not allow for the highest quality experience. If changes are necessary due to inclement weather, an alternate plan will be arranged with care.
Art work & Ordering
Following your session, you will have the opportunity to select the images and artwork that best reflect your experience. Any minimum investment requirements discussed during booking will apply at your ordering appointment. Payment for artwork collections is due at the time of ordering & must be paid in full before any artwork will be released.
Cancellation Policy
Because significant preparation goes into reserving your session, cancellations made at any time before your session will result in forfeit of the retainer.
